Undervalued - Academic Coordinator Wake Forest University Employee Review

The role varies widely across campus, and some coordinators do more work than others. They recently hired a senior coordinator who is trying to give more individual support to the coordinators. The amount of work the coordinators take on has increased over the years, but the pay has not scaled with this work, and could be way better. I definitely feel like the coordinators are undervalued and underpaid, especially depending on the department. Institutional politics will always be present, but that does come with the territory.
