Pros
Great co-workers. Prestigious reputation (looks good on a resume). There's a lot of investment in student services.
Cons
Very low morale and high turnover. Goals are unreachable, but you're punished for not reaching them. Micromanagement. Constant changes to strategies without giving them a chance to work. No idea how some people get promoted while other great employees don't. School talks about ethics in business, but treats employees unethically.
