Pros
The benefits are decent but not particularly different from most other large organizations in the are.
Cons
Toxic leadership. The Financial Services department uses backwards business practices to bully their staff into doing more work. Benefits I was promised during the interview process disappeared after I was hired. There's a complete lack of training.
