Pros

Working at WalkMe as a Product Manager has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The culture is open, collaborative, and supportive, with talented people who are approachable, driven, and always willing to help. There is a strong sense of shared ownership, and Product works closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to solve meaningful customer problems. Dan Adika’s leadership has played an important role in shaping the company. His energy, ambition, and connection to the product can be felt throughout the organization. He has helped build a culture that encourages people to think big, move quickly, and take ownership. One of the most impressive parts of becoming part of SAP is that WalkMe has retained its unique cultural DNA. We still move fast, innovate, challenge assumptions, and maintain the entrepreneurial energy that has always defined the company. At the same time, we benefit from SAP’s global scale, customer relationships, and deep enterprise expertise. It genuinely feels like we are enjoying the best of both worlds: WalkMe’s speed and creativity combined with SAP’s reach and opportunities. Since joining SAP, there has been exciting momentum and a growing opportunity to bring WalkMe’s digital adoption technology to many more customers. As a Product Manager, it is inspiring to see the product becoming an increasingly important part of the enterprise technology landscape. The technology itself is fascinating. WalkMe operates at the intersection of user experience, enterprise software, data, automation, and AI. The problems are complex and meaningful, creating plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment, and build innovative solutions. Product Managers receive real responsibility and can influence both strategy and execution. Above all, the people make WalkMe special. There is a high concentration of smart, thoughtful, and passionate colleagues who care deeply about the product, our customers, and one another.

Cons

As with any fast-growing technology company going through a major integration, priorities and processes can sometimes change quickly. This requires flexibility and strong communication, but it also provides opportunities to influence how the company evolves.

Pros

Very respectful and kind people. I feel supported in my career path. Very amazing customers, knowledgeable and open to learning Fairly good training, though go getter mentality is definitely needed in this role. Consistent feedback on tickets which is helpful for improving communication, but not necessarily for better training on product knowledge Support is led by veteran support members so whenever changes are being made, they are very knowledgable, technical, and considerate of the whole team top down.

Cons

Paid hourly with low base pay, though working holidays, overtime and off hours can make up for it. Protects my hours though so this may be preferred No yearly COLA raise, everything is merit/performance based. There are quarterly bonuses that reflect department performance Mixed experience with managers' level of communication and engagment for career growth Out of date docs, knowledge is often passed from experienced support and product members At times feels like a lot ticket triaging and scheduling. Stressful to keep online statuses on and working in live queue Diversity is severely lacking in leadership roles Sometimes feels like the more good work you do, the more work you get in return. As any support jobs, the tickets are never ending.
