Some of the people were OK. All the overtime you could want

The pay sucked really bad. Some of the upper management were so out of touch it was crazy. The hours were unpredictable

Pros

Both Mike and Dawn are awesome and completely flexible, love them both. You feel the sense of community working here and you also learn a ton.

Cons

Not many downsides at all. Could be closer to the beach.
