      Be the "go to" guy and make a salaried manager's life easier and perks often come your way. The quality of management varies from store to store but our store's above average. Many different career tracks available.

      Cons

      Less than enthusiastic co-workers. More often than not, pay and benefits are not on par with work demands and responsibilities.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
