Pros

You work on a flexible schedule and with it being set two weeks in advance its easy to switch when necessary, good for students.

Cons

The management talks down to you a lot and will give very little detail about how they want you to complete a task, and then when it isn't done the way they want they get angry and have you do again and again until it finally meets they're vague standards

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
