      Pros

      The co-workers are the best once you get to know them.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. Advancement within the company is hopeless. They constantly change the expectations of your work. Every department is stretched of employees. The pay is terrible for the amount of jobs that they require you to 'cover.' They expect you to do the job of 5 employees.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
