Pros
Schedule is set 3 weeks ahead, pay is simple but low, perfect job for someone who has never had a job or just out of high school, if you like being treated like crap and talked down to then this is a great company. You will be given a title and you will never move up in the company. I was a cashier for 4 years but worked in the back unloading trucks, I filled in for any department manager jobs when there wasn't a manager and did not get the pay raise. I also worked on the sales floor and even the photo center and wireless center. I felt like I was a store manager without the pay or title.
Cons
Under paid, lack of advancement, seems to hire just anyone and not just promote the ones from within to fulltime, lack there of benefits, lack there of decent management, be lucky if your getting 20 hours because that is a lot in wal-mart world.
