      1. Good salary and benefits 2. People are nice 3. Good projects, hence great learning curve

      Cons

      Things have changed little bit after the layoffs of 2025. People have constant fear. 5-day mandatory WFO has become tough when the meetings and work continues till late nights.

      Pros

      Great scheduling flexibility, especially if you are balancing other commitments. The benefits for part-time employees are decent, and it is a good place to gain some basic customer service experience.

      Cons

      Management can be unorganized at times, and the workload gets heavy during peak hours and holidays. Pay could be higher considering the amount of physical work involved.
