Decent work life balance for a contractor

No opportunity to turn full time, contract term depends, mine was 3 month.

Great scheduling flexibility, especially if you are balancing other commitments. The benefits for part-time employees are decent, and it is a good place to gain some basic customer service experience.

Management can be unorganized at times, and the workload gets heavy during peak hours and holidays. Pay could be higher considering the amount of physical work involved.
