Pros
Good for Freshers to Learn many things at once. But qualitative improvement is less as you have to push out features as fast as possible. Depending on your team, you may have to handle Devops yourself. Very good for Super Senior Engineers who want to relax. You'll start noticing politics in your team and even organization early on as its done openly.
Cons
Some of the Product Managers have no technical Expertise so dealing with them becomes difficult Politics will start early on. If you are a lateral hire or in >= SDE III position you'll start to notice it from your 2nd hike/promotion cycles. As the Bellcurve system is followed here and your manager is the one rating, you may find it sometimes difficult to accept why someone got the rating they did. You may be expecting a promotion but end up with just an above-average rating because someone else(in most cases someone senior) has been asking for promotion far longer than you are even if he has a lower rating. You may notice a difference in the work-life balance depending on the team you're in and your manager.
