Work-life balance is good in most teams. 9 to 5 is doable, but if you have partners working in India, then you might need to have meetings in earlier mornings and late evenings. Culture is good. No idea how you can have one PM cover three regions when you have three different sets of engineering team and business team, and the business conditions are so different.
