The company does a very good job at bringing in new talent, making its shareholders happy and constantly innovating upon their existing tech and systems.
Cons
The company does nothing to help with employee retention. They say they're listening to the engagement surveys where remote work was highly praised and then a month later say we have to start driving in twice a week with no concern for the folks who couldn't afford to live less than an hour away anymore with increasing costs. Executive leadership seems out of touch with what actually goes on in the business and has proven time and time again that there is little faith to be had when it comes to believing they will do what is right for the workers. Relatively nice bonuses and generous equity grants are calculated into your yearly salary so that they can justify a lower base pay for salaried employees with no guarantee you will even get 100% of your bonus or equity in stock each year.
