Pros
Disney's brand and products are so relatable to all people. The culture is extremely collaborative. Management is supportive of initiatives. Plenty of opportunity for exposure into multiple areas. Most departments are well-established so process and system infrastructure have been in place. Management is open to considering changes sa the industry evolves.
Cons
Poor work-life balance. Team members are challenged to learn the ropes on the job. Annual review process tends to occur after merit increase discussions are already in progress.
