Pros

- Full insurance for the family - Employee wellness packaged

Cons

I worked as a QA Analyst in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and I decided to stop working immediately after 2 months of probation. The main reason was the working style of my line manager from Thailand. He acted more like a boss than a supportive manager. He provided very little support. When I did not complete my work according to his expectations, he would smirk at me directly. He preferred giving commands and expected everyone to follow them without discussion. He was not open to listening to others’ opinions. Working under his management was very stressful. I also noticed that vendors and factory representatives who worked with him felt the same pressure. Some people even left the company because of him. Besides that, the company does not provide a 13th month salary or any bonus, which also affected my decision.

Pros

Amazing working life balance, company perks (including park access), benefits, great people to work with, company history, etc. PTOs are very flexible. And sometimes you get to enjoy new attractions first hand, before they are open to the public. Also teams get together in the parks occasionally. If you're working on site, they have great offices. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

It's huge corporate ecosystem, resulting in many layers of interactions and approvals for even simple things. If you're not a fan of complexes corporate environments, then maybe this ins't the right place for you. The salary are not very competitive, compared to the big techs, if you're working on site in Florida or remote. The salaries are better in CA if you're working on site to compensate the high cost of living in CA.
