Pros

- Great medical and wellness/flexi benefits! Hard to find the same at other companies. - Overall a very friendly and team-spirit kind of environment in the office. This is observed in most departments. (But not to say everyone or every team is as such) - Resources and events available for wellness events. Decent work-life balance with family-friendly culture as well.

Cons

- Low pay - Poor increment % - No AWS and bonuses (only for Managers and above) - May erode your dream image of Disney magic after a while. - Senior leadership does not nurture or check-in with new employees or the next generation of Cast Members.

Pros

Amazing working life balance, company perks (including park access), benefits, great people to work with, company history, etc. PTOs are very flexible. And sometimes you get to enjoy new attractions first hand, before they are open to the public. Also teams get together in the parks occasionally. If you're working on site, they have great offices. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

It's huge corporate ecosystem, resulting in many layers of interactions and approvals for even simple things. If you're not a fan of complexes corporate environments, then maybe this ins't the right place for you. The salary are not very competitive, compared to the big techs, if you're working on site in Florida or remote. The salaries are better in CA if you're working on site to compensate the high cost of living in CA.
