great people, great work, inspiring environment
Cons
as many have mentioned, mobility is difficult and the root of the problem lies with incompetent and unprofessional human resources representatives. They do not seem to communicate with each other, and because they don't actually wield any power, end up telling lies and not following through on what they promise. It is truly a shame considering the caliber of people we attract but ultimately cannot retain
