Pros

The biggest pro is that they train you quite a bit, ensuring that you are ready to operate the rides. They are very kind in their training processes, they will repeat things over and over and ensure that everyone knows it by heart.

Cons

The fact that parking then taking the shuttle to your location before your shift meant you have to be there 30 minutes before your shift begins.

Pros

Amazing working life balance, company perks (including park access), benefits, great people to work with, company history, etc. PTOs are very flexible. And sometimes you get to enjoy new attractions first hand, before they are open to the public. Also teams get together in the parks occasionally. If you're working on site, they have great offices. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

It's huge corporate ecosystem, resulting in many layers of interactions and approvals for even simple things. If you're not a fan of complexes corporate environments, then maybe this ins't the right place for you. The salary are not very competitive, compared to the big techs, if you're working on site in Florida or remote. The salaries are better in CA if you're working on site to compensate the high cost of living in CA.
