Pros

Flexible schedule if you are corporate

Cons

Prepare to be shamed if you do not have a degree! You will be looked down on and never meet their unrealistic standards. Everyone acts so entitled, so much so that you feel on edge all day! Don’t you dare make a mistake because you will be put on the chopping block faster than you can blink. The corporate office is full of shady people and all the venues talk about how awful this company is. I would not recommend that anyone work here!

Thank you for your feedback. The company and venues have polices and procedures in place to ensure that our operations run efficiently, effectively and up to code. We're disappointed that you felt you did not have the greatest experience with our company and wish you'd brought your concerns forward prior to your departure with us. We encourage open and honest communication, but we cannot resolve a problem unless we are notified of the problem. Our Corporate office is available to assist if employees do not feel comfortable discussing concerns at the property level.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule (usually). Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.

Cons

Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
