      Pros

      Incredible people with great opportunities! Supportive management. Walters promotes from within and rewards hard work! Company just treated us to incredible trip to Cabo!

      Cons

      Growing companies change on a dime. That is to be expected. Not a con for me but if you are adverse to constant change this could be frustrating.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule (usually). Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.

      Cons

      Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
