Flexible schedule with no required amount of hours to work in a given week. You eat what you kill. If you are good at sales you will make good money.
Cons
Horrible management. Corporate leadership regularly and actively denounces work-life balance. You have to drive a LOT and are not compensated for gas, time spent driving, or wear/tear on car.

Pros
Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule (usually).
Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.
Cons
Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
