The culture is fantastic!!! From healthy snacks and massages to a flexible vacation policy and personalized training sessions; Walton really does care for the employees. The CEO and COO always make sure to walk around and have face time with the employees. Many staff members have been promoted within the last year. There are always opportunities for advancement. Employees at Walton are encouraged to speak up, even if it isn't an easy conversation.
Cons
Some people can't make the cut. Walton demands an exceptional level of work from their staff. Many previous employees think since the culture is relaxed that their work can also be. However, don't be fooled. Only the highest caliber people stick around, so therefore the turnover has been greater in the past few years.
