Biggest con is that you are required to sign a NDA that’s lists roughly 60 companies on it that you can not go work for 2 years after you leave. This list grows regularly as people start to go to companies not on the list. I would understand this with management members or sales members but I don’t understand the need for this for PMs. It says something that they feel right out of the gate they can’t retain their employees just off of them being a great place to work at. While I was there the turnover rate was very large. It became a running joke to take the org chart from your new hirer manual and cross people off. The owner will also go after you legally if you do try to go to one of those companies which is his right but that doesn’t make it right.
They also claim to hirer the best of the best which may be the case but they also feel that they can overload you with work.
