Want more training - Junior Stylist Wantable Employee Review

We greatly value our stylists and over the past few years have implemented a career path that gives them the opportunity to earn much more than the starting pay. We have many stylists that earn over $20 per hour based on their productivity and performance. Every stylist has this opportunity and each can grow depending on their ability. A Jr. Stylist can become a Sr. Stylist in less than one year. Stylist training upon hire (and throughout) is rather intense. We realize this type of work is entirely new for most new hires and so we provide a lot of training material including training documents, video presentations, joint styling sessions, and styling order reviews, all before a stylist is on their own. In fact, once a supervisor and the new stylist both feel they are ready to style on their own we continue to have them send their orders to the supervisor to review. We want our stylists to succeed and give them the tools necessary so they can provide our customers with the best experience and keep them coming back for more.
