      You could listen to headphones( half the time they still complained though)

      Management is awful, cant put it any simpler than this. They have no idea how to run a warehouse and will screw employees over at the drop of a hat to cover for their incompetence.

      Pros

      Advanced systems and equipment. AI assisted tools are used to make work faster and more efficient.

      Cons

      Even with advanced equipment and tools making tasks easier, the real nightmare is the people here. Co workers can be extremely uncooperative, arrogant, and outright rude. The work atmosphere feels constantly hostile, and getting anything finished on time becomes exhausting because these people are unbelievably stressful to work with!!
