      Pros

      Openness to new ideas and methods. Growth opportunities, and an ever expanding portfolio of projects. Most importantly: An understanding upper management who have been there and done that. It is not to run by a accountants that have never experienced what it takes to get the job done. Upper management is very skillful, and has worked their way up in the Architectural arena.

      Cons

      Like any fast growing company, there are pains in an expedient growth curve. Breaking the silos, to become more horizontal. Comp time would be nice; as we grow, a better health/benefit package would help in catching up with larger Arch firms .

      Pros

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
