      Pros

      It's a really big firm so there are lots of resources, but each individual office is smaller so you get to know all of your co-workers, There is nothing but opportunity at WM. They make sure that all their employees have the training and tools that they need to succeed. They promote from within. If you're willing to work hard you are rewarded.

      Cons

      Projects can be repetitive. PM's are expected to be entirely responsible for their projects.

      Pros

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
