Lack of leadership. Lack of training for new team members. Lack of integrations. All projects are drafted outside the United States which keeps costs down but also leads to poor quality. Upper management seems like they never talk to each other. Feel like there is a very big "pass the buck" mentality with few Managers actually knowing what they are doing. Very few registered architects on staff. 50 to 60 hour work weeks are normal here. You are not compensated for all your overtime. Overall they don't lead by example, they hope the employees will some how figure it out and save the projects. Maybe Ware Malcomb is a good company but you wouldn't think that from how disorganized the Newark office is. No one knows who is in charge, and no one leads.
