Have been with Ware Malcomb for 6 years now! Love the Leadership, People, Culture and the Bond between the Team Members, which you don't always see in a Corporate Office Environment. Started in Irvine (Ware Malcomb - HQ) in 2017. Until, our Ware Malcomb-Nashville Office Leader (Gregory Spon) opened the new Nashville office in 2022. You always want to follow a Leader who will support your growth, got your back and guide you to the right direction for your Professional Development, that's one of the reason I am where I am. Within a year, our Nashville office has grown a lot, as we have an Awesome team, who are like a 2nd family, always ready to help each other to learn and grow. The New Teammates who join the Team, the first thing they mention is "I have never seen an office this Bonded and close to each other and consist of Happy People". Cons
Every Company has pros and cons and has their own way of Running the business, and I have always respected that! That's the vary reason I am still with the company. Though I believe the Salary structure can be improved. And I believe the Leadership is working on that continuously!
