      Flexible scheduling and great coworkers. Residents very thankful and kind.

      Cons

      The assisted living side is always chaotic with the management over there. Always left in the dark. Management fails to train the new girls hired appropriately causing them to quit early.

      My boss is exceptional. Affirming, cheerful, and fun, yet professional. Employee longevity. The administrator is a great guy who looks out for us. Listens to us The pay is competitive. The location is sublime. The company's ethics are admirable. The whole campus is covered with a prayerful, peaceful aura. Not one death from Covid. A team spirit. Management listens to employees. Our residents are great people. I'm blessed to serve here.
