Pros
Got hired with no experience and learned alot with their training program. The rent discount is a huge benefit. Huge support network; upper management is always offering support and making sure all team members know they are there for them. Inclined to promote from within for career opportunities.
Cons
Support is inconsistent and sounds more often like something said than effectively offered; often times understaffed properties result in good employees being burnt out and becoming ineffective. Overall poor business practices are a standard and strict budget guidelines result in poor satisfaction to residents who ultimately suffer. Not to mention the annual rent increases for employees; our wage is what it is, yet our rent goes up and we are often subjected to hearing how well off management is (cars, luxury items, vacations). The lack of professionalism, often from HR of all positions, is shocking and I'm surprised they haven't had a lawsuit yet with information shared about employees and the manner of which investigations are handled.
