If you are working on the Danforth campus, there is a lot of energy around student events that always makes for an exiting time.

Decentralized culture leads to a lot of inequity and confusion. There is a lack of professional development that leads to difficulty for advancement. Pay not consistent between divisions. Managers do not receive professional development so you better hope you choose wisely when accepting a position.
