Pros
Good benefits and excellent vacation allotment.
Cons
No one is rewarded for doing a good job. Those who do their job every day and do it well are put on the backburner until they make one little mistake. Then, they're subjected to a witch hunt and neverending humiliation. All the while. there are other employees who barely come to work, and when they do they come late/leave early, and they don't do a lot while they're here. For some reason, most likely they know whose ego to stroke, they are deemed golden children and can do no wrong. Also, they say they love to promote from within, but they don't. An internal person can apply for 100 jobs easy within the university without so much as a call for a single interview. Once they dig their claws in, they won't let go. If you get a job here, hope you like it right where you're at.
