Pros
Great company to get started in the industry, build contacts and have the name on your resume (always sparks a conversation). Client roster is impressive and growing. Relaxed work environment. Clean and consistent offices.
Cons
Lack of communication throughout the entire company, even within individual divisions. Must follow up multiple times to get answers/responses from supervisors and co-workers. No real room for growth unless you are in the Consulting division of the company and even then it can take a long time to see real stepping stones. Compensation is well below the average for the industry and the health benefits in NY are horrible. Fail to hire an appropriate amount of entry-level/administrative employees throughout divisions, causing more workload for Office Management and current Executive Assistants. Company culture is slacking and makes it difficult to keep up with new employees (it would have been great to participate in more company wide events, office get togethers, office lunches, etc.- Make a budget for this!).
