No company perks, Departments don't work cohesively and there is constant disconnect with communication, Lack of actual leaders to look up to as you develop your career within the company, No career growth unless in corp office, Disconnect between upper & executive management and mid-lower level managers, Depending on sex and position you are treated completely different than other people, People on the outside of the company know more about what we are doing and positions we are looking for than internal employees.
