Poor workflow management and you are inundated with work without any clear direction. No respect at all for any work/life balance as you are expected to be available 7 days a week. Horrible communication from top to bottom as VPs try control and manipulate subordinates. Leadership only delegates to others and typically sells clients on services without having any clear direction on how to deliver. Poorly run Insights team as the leader is highly disingenuous, narcissist who only cares about himself and his career trajectory. Highly political environment where you get ahead via relationships and not your work ethic.
