Pros
There truly are some brilliant people and fun accounts, but they get taken advantage of and routinely leave as fast as they came. Office space is great and all, but maybe invest in paying your employees more instead of prime real estate? Nah! That would make too much sense!
Cons
If you're into false promises of promotion, this place is a goldmine. You'll be told all the right things to keep you grinding away, but don't hold your breath for any actual progress—unless, of course, you're on the receiving end of blatant favoritism. Got a big ego? You'll fit right in with leadership, who somehow manage to overpromise to clients and overwork their employees simultaneously. In short, Wasserman is the perfect place for you if you enjoy being treated poorly and witnessing the absolute worst in leadership get away with constant abuse of their employees. But hey, at least it makes for a good story, right?
