Pros
I worked with amazing clients both on the talent and brand side, and worked with some amazing co-workers. The company is a great stepping stone to something else. I was there over 13 years because I loved what I did, but raises were rarely seen due to some "out of our control" reasoning or it was a promise of a raise that was never coming to fruition.
Cons
Not for long term if you want to grow or get raises. There can be deep egos amongst the team (mostly agents) that prohibit you from moving forward within the company or financially. Upper leadership overlooks a lot on the professional front within the executive level at the expense of the mid & lower level staff members.
