      Pros

      Good co-workers, very nice customers some of them tip you, one day a week get very slow for recycling pick up, gloves, safety vest, boots, uniform.

      Cons

      CHINESE OVERTIME pay at $5.00 an hour, very physical and fast pace work, jump in and out of truck 1000 time a day, its garbage guys be prepared for all kind of insect all over your clothes, you get gloves but nothing like black water in your arm, people packed trash cans like they were mad, heavy stuff you really gonna like this job...

      Pros

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
