      Great work environment . Only been at the company a few months and I am already looking forward to the years to come.

      Cons

      Some times team communication could be better but that's with any job. Pay wasn't really negotiable but at least there are advancement opportunities.

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
