Pros
Some people really live by culture, which makes for a great place to work.
Cons
There are an equal amount of people who don’t live by the culture, and unfortunately those people find themselves in upper management roles. Upper management doesn’t really practice what they preach from a culture standpoint. I know some females in management among other districts, and have witnessed some shocking inequalities to their salaries when compared with the company and industry averages. They’re also aware of of these inequalities.
