      Pros

      I've been with WC for more than 10 years and appreciate the autonomy and trust they bestow upon their employees. This is a caring company that practices servant leadership with employees and honors the public by preaching and acting Safety Above Profits.

      Cons

      Benefits are very good but salary lags a bit behind other companies in the waste industry.

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      Phenomenal culture! Leadership is friendly and always goes above and beyond for their employees! I've never enjoyed a work environment as much as I've had at Waste Connections!

      None! Everyday at work is fun and it truly feels like a family away from home!
