      Great company events for employees and families, great camaraderie among employees in each department and throughout the whole company. Management is easy to talk to; open door policy. DO YOUR JOB, DO IT WELL and you will be rewarded. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Some employees are offended easily and report EVERYTHING to HR.

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
