      Flexibility, depending on month commission payouts are great, management is decent, lots of potential to grow

      Cons

      Commission payout is hard to understand, need to deal with angry customers alot of the the time, monthly car reimbursement is low, regional management is basically worthless

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
