-Tons of OT if you are Salary. - Yell first, ask questions later environment from *some* management. -No true training for new employees. Suggestions to improve were taken, but simply led to checklists with no plan to ensure understanding and safe operations prior to beginning to operate. - Something had clearly occurred in the past that led to a deep distrust and near hatred between management and employees. This was a disappointment given the values that the company was supposed to uphold. - Very little room to develop as a junior employee. New Ideas are shunned/often met with contempt and lead to passive aggressive punishment. - Employees were left unpunished after repeated insubordinate and distracting incidents. Issue was ignored until physical altercations occurred. This is absolutely unacceptable in the modern workplace. -The atmosphere among employees was a general feeling of walking on thin ice. -No long term path to success with the company.
