      Waste Connections has been a wonderful company to work for since we were acquired by the parent company. From corporate to local management has been open honest and direct . Safety has not been ignored, and the benefits are great! This is a family friendly place to work.

      Sometimes the days get long but I knew that when I signed up.

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
