      Pros

      With the uncertainties of the world today, I feel very confident that my job is secure. Trash removal will always be in demand. I have a great benefit package, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. The company promotes within and recognizes a job well done. I feel encouraged to always do the right thing. I also feel a genuine concern for the safety of its employees. I have worked here many years and intend to work many more.

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      There are no cons I have encountered.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
