      Pros

      Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm is an amazing schedule! The management goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciated.

      Cons

      As always pay could always be better, especially when some competitor's are paying a lot more. Being understaffed for going on almost a year, makes the work load unnecessarily excessive.

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      There are no cons I have encountered.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
