      Pros

      I've been employed with Waste Connections since they acquired a company i was working for back in 2007. At that time i was about ready to get out of the industry and pursue a different path. Once meeting our new management and hearing company views and values, I decided to see if this would be any better. I found out early on and continue to see that the people first approach to every day business is genuine, I love that. If you're looking for a career change, especially because you don't feel valued or appreciated, right here is the last place you'll need to apply for.

      I trying to be honest and find a con to working here but honesty I can't seem to come up with anything.

      Pros

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      Cons

      There are no cons I have encountered.

      Pros

      Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

      Cons

      If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
